There’s a web site, which I have followed for the past year and which I have thoroughly enjoyed, called the Boomer Cafe. It is a site that offers a wide spectrum of material on health and fitness, money and work, and travel and leisure. They also offer sections to review new books and discuss aspects of retirement. They also address specific issues such as possible volunteer work, or finding the healthiest place to retiree, or even how to retire in a foreign country. The information is excellent and potentially life changing.
With my web site, and with my book, I try to offer my physician perspectives on how to regain your health and redesign your life. On Boomer Cafe, they offer a wide variety of subjects, utilizing different experts. Ironically, today (March 18th), one of those experts is ME. I submitted a 500 word story, titled Leaving A Legacy. So, if you want my view on how to maximize your legacy, check out their web site right with this link.
Many of you already know my perspective. I am a great believer in switching your focus from money, income, and career to those things in life that offer greater value. I follow the old saying, perhaps from Tony Robbins, that the things that matter the most should never be at the mercy of the things that matter least. Take a look at the story and see if you agree with my approach. Hope you enjoy …
On another note, I am always reluctant to promote myself. However, I encourage people to listen to my teleseminar course on “Regaining Your Health” on this Wednesday, March 12th at 5 pm PT or 8 pm ET. Just call 1-267-507-0240 and enter conference code 201419. If you miss it, I will try to post it in Friday Finds and /or post it in the teleseminar section. From my standpoint, the material is crucial. You cannot redesign your life (or leave that legacy) until you have the health and vitality to take the necessary action. I believe I can help you in that regard.
